David Crabtree, NP

A native of Huntsville, Alabama, David Crabtree began his healthcare career in 2012 as a pharmacy technician at Clearview Cancer Institute. He earned an Associate of Science in Nursing from Calhoun Community College in 2014, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2019. Most recently, he completed a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of North Alabama in 2024.

After earning his nursing degree, David worked as a registered nurse at Huntsville Hospital for one year before returning to Clearview Cancer Institute. Over the years, he has contributed to the organization in various roles, including in the retail pharmacy, as an infusion nurse, and as a nurse navigator. His dedication to oncology nursing stems from his passion for providing comprehensive, compassionate care to cancer patients.

David lives in Huntsville with his wife, Destiny, their daughter, two dogs, and 11 cats. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family.
